It is curioas to see how many dresses are now made without the high-boned collarband (says an English writer). -Those who a-re wedded to it still .wear it; but tho most fashionable people ai;e turn-down cc-1-' lars of lace or embroidered muslin. They call it- the I'etor Pan, and numbers of blouses arc being shown made .with this kind of cellar.
