On tho literary side ho continued m New Zealand his English association with tho newspaper press by becoming editor of tho "Asliburton Mail" and agricultural editor of tho "Canterbury TimeV' ?™ no was appointed editor of publications in tho Department of Agriculture about three years ago. He is tho author of tho booklet, "Agriculture in.Now Zealand," published during the timo of tho Now Zealand International (Exhibition in Christcburch, of which two edition* pf 60,000 oopiee have been Issued. ,
