A civil suit was beq;an in the Supreme Court to-day, G. Solbie suing; J., and C. Shaw and J. A. Manchester, separately and jointly, for £1000 damages for • the loss, of his daughter, aged 38, killed by a street accident at tho time of the last Timani show. Throe solicitors appeared for plaiatiff, and two for each of the defendant parties. Mr..
