"IX THE RANKS." Tho third presentation, of George R. Sims's, melodrama, "In the Hanks," by Mr. Allan Hamilton's'.'Dramatic Company, took place at the Opera House last evening, the performance being a most •• successful one. The pieco ran with the utmost smoothness from the rising,to the fall the curtain, and mado a great, hit with the audience, which followed tho thrilling chain of events with absorbing interest. The drama is of tho robust order, and, in the hands of such capable artists as Mr.- .George Cross "(Ned Drayton), Miss. Ada Guilford (Ruth Herrick), and Mr. Wilton :Powor (Gideon Blako), should have a very popular run. THEATRE ROYAL. ■ .
