Sinco 1905, , r JH,5i0,!02 has been piid in compensating 4056 lieensos. • Neiv on-licenses granted 47, the smallest on record. «' Licensed persons prosecuted 642, tlio smallest on record. 187,803 convictions for drunkenness, and tho like, a dccrcuso of 9261, or 4.70 per cent, following on largo decreases in recent years.'
