TREMBLING IN THE BALANCE.
FATE OF FLOURMILLERS' ASSOCIATION. (BY TXLBQfIAPII —PRESS iSSOCIATIOH.) Dunedin/May 31. The "Star" states that the'_ oxistenoe of the Flourmillara' Association will be decided to-morrow. All depends on one large South Canterbury milling firm, whose agreement expires to-day, and the firm declares it will not continue in the combination. Should this 'course be persisted in, the association will practically disband to-morrow.
! Chrlstchuroh, May 31. The secretary of the Now Zealand Flour* millers' Association, when seen to-day, stated that Mr. Henry Wood had been appointed chairman, and that the withdrawal of Mr. Evans and his firm would make no difference to the work of the association, which would be continued as usual. ,
