Meagher's application tor reinstatement on the roll of attorneys, from whioh he was struck off in connection with tho notorious Dean case. The Law Institute opposes tllo application.
Mr. Meagher, ih accordance with a desire expressed by tho Court, has published a public apology for tho courso he pursued in the llfoan case and his rofercnoo to tho late Mr. Jußtico Windeycr.
