[When M. Alberti, ex-Minister of Justice for Denmark and prosidont of tho Denmark' Butter Export Association, Was arrested for fraud and hugo defalcations, Messrs. "Wilier and Kiley became heavily involved, as tho association owed them £92,852. Mr. Julius Wilier, chairm&r. o£ Wilier and Riley, advised th» shareholders that liquidatbn would,be the best way to realise tho assets of tho company,, which would bs sufficient, ho expected, to pay their creditors 20s. in tho .£ pnd leave a surplus of about .2100,000 for shareholders. Ho added that afterwards, if thought advisable, tho company might bo reconstructed or formed into a now company to carry on business in tho most profitable departments of the present trade.
