' : Nicklin;' Minister for Minea and .Minister' for Customs and' Marine; Mr. G.- M'Neil,Proctor; Minister; for Education' and. Minister for' Justice J Mr. Lin. M'Kenzie,. Attornev-Qeneral and Minister for Public' Health; Mr. W.G. Compton, Minister for Eailways and Minister for Publio Works; Mr. A. E.
