Young, replying to the objections of tho council to the exclusion of Mr. Young's property from the Loiter Hutt Borough and its inclusion in the Borough of Petonc. - The. council decided tb adhere/to its former objection, and to inform the Under-Secretary for Internal Affairs accordingly. -.'■-'" • The borough's lcßnl advipcrs, llessre.
