CASE BEFORE ARBITRATION COURT. EFFECTS OF TARIFF AND IMPROVED PRODUCTION.. EVIDENCE FOR THE WORKERS. Inoreoso of wages, decroaso of hours, and other alterations of were sought by tho Now Zealand Fedorated Bootmakers' i Union from tho corresponding Federated Association of Employers in a caso which was opened beforo,tho Arbitration' Court yesterday.
