"first-class" .rating, certificate; gold badge,:. and £i, with; £1 extra if proiloient for. three. years,, candidates must ;pass ; tho .third years'-course in all subjects, the sminimum qualification' being, for '"N.C.O.V 80.per cent.,.of-marks in practical and also theoretical work", and for "0.8.'5," 75 per cent; of ..marks;'for.
