It is stated that in lieu of a , bond to compel shareholders to send .all their, fat stock to tho proposed new co-operativo freezing works, a sub-committee of the provisional directors proposes to recommend, that, shareholders whoclo npt-'give the company "the "first, refusal',' of their stock 'shall hot be eligible to; share in tho bonuses or dividends. •'
