' : Subsequently, the Professorial' Boards of the four university centres 'wero . communicated with, and opinions, asked concerning, the above 'resolutions.Replies, which: have since boon received, state that: : > . ■ 1. The Professorial Board of Victoria College .cannot, .so far, support' the seijind resolution; the iirst , resolution is to. be. considered at. a meoting of the whole college, to bo hold on .-Tuesday, Moyja, at 8.p.m., when Colonel A.: W Robin, C.8., Chief .of the ,'Geteral Staff, .will: be,.invited to attend.; It is understood that the college authorities are not favourable to the establishment of . a corps unless at least 100 : students forward, .-as it would not : be worth while recasting the college time-table .for a less..number, The regulations issued by the Council of Defence specify, 20 as the minimum.
