RELATING TO MILK, (nr TELEGBAPH—riIESS . ASSOCIATION.* ~ Dannovlrke, May 19. Mr. M Carthy, S.M., delivered judgment m a case to-day brought against Henrv Baker, bconseo of the Club Hotel. Defendant milked certain cows in an unregistered dairy, and supplied the hotel with milt- The Department hold that the supply of milk with .meals or with drink (such as whisky and t !i within the' meaning of tiho Dairy Industry Act. The Magistrate reviewed tho case, at lengt.li, and hold that tho provision of milk with meals or drink did not constitute a salo. He ga'vo judgment for defendant, without costs.
