Ormond's complaint against the handicapping" of his horses at the. cliib's autumn' meeting. , The following resolution was unanimously "carried:—"That after carefully considering the reasons furnished by Mr. : Henrys : as,to the weights allotted to Boi,lin "in the! Great .Autumn Handicap "and, Iho Final Handicap, the committee accept his explanation as entirely:satisfactory; and consider that it'enjirely disproves Mr. ; Ormond's charges of incompetence or .unfair, treatment, and wero further. evidence necessary that Mr. Henrys's judgment was right it is afforded by the subsequent performances of Bollin at Hastings." The committee also considered Mr.' Ormond's complaint regarding Mr. Heurys's handicapping of Woodhey and; Diamond Star, with the result that Mr. Henrys's explanation was accepted as perfectly satisfactory.
