When they camo to be identified, Carter "picked" Tramor, passed 'lhomas and himself, and then "picked" Biliance, and another man, named Hazel. He was of tho charge Tho jury, which lotired at 12 35, returned at 2 45 with < a verdict of guilty of assault with intent to rob I I A witness called by Williams stated that I iho had known him for nino months.
