: FEATHERSTON. :: There was a 'full meeting of tho directors of the Featherston Co-operative Dairy Co. at the factory on Monday. A visit of inspection was paid to tho outlet of the drainage. It was found that tho last /flood in the Tauherinikau River had- injured the groyne in the river, and was affecting the drainage from tho factory. ■■ ' ■■ x - ■ .... •■'-. . ■The' usual meeting• of the Loyal Unity Lodge of Oddfellows was held on Monday evening, Bro. J. Henderson, N.G., in : the chair. It was decided to 6end:n letter of condolence to Mrs.' Adam Donald, a daughter of tho late Bro. D. Cadenhead. It was decided to hold the annual dance on Juno 24. Masterton aro not oven ablo to .do this, whilo Greytown has, for some time past, nevor taken any interest in Thursday football.
