The Lowor Houso of Convocation of Canterbury, with seven dissentients, has resolved that it is not desirable to alter tho Ornaments Rubric, or to prohibit tho two existing usages regarding tho vestments worn by the officiating clergy at the celebration of tho Holy Communion.
