' m Mlssl , oM to . Seamen Instituto was crowded on.Wednesday night, when Mr. M3ethrorided an enjoyable'concert. Mr.' James Mobro, the missionor, occupied tlnrchair, and delivered a temperance address. Fifteen men took the pledge of total, abstinence. Several popula? choruses, led missionor, .were sung by the audienco, Mr. Gardiner playing tho accompaniments. A conundrum competition was won by sailors from ships in port.
