At a mooting of tho Harbour Board to-day tho eommitteo which was appointed to consider the question of tho grounding of tho TJlimaroa while coming up tho harbour subits report, •in which it recommended that Captain .-Wyllie's pilotage exemption certificate bo withdrawn, tho captain to havo tho option of applying in three- months for reinstatement; ■;. _' -. _.;■•- After a lengthy discussion, tho recqm-. mondation was rejected by six votes to four. In tho course of discussion, tho'opinion was freely expressed that, in the event of. such an accident in the harbour again, tho board should be represented at any inquiry held.
