VICTORIOUS NEWTOWN. Newtown did not win the Edwin Feathers on Saturday, but thos« are the only: inter-club trophies it will not hold until the end of next season. Newtown, unlike, other clubs that could be mentioned, : always put their very best -rinks in the field; and those rinks play ' to win, and the club's record this season is the best possible endorseriient of the-policy. They have won the Senior and Junior Pennants, the Junior Stars, Hill Pins'; Diamond Brickies, and their ■ representatives won both the New Year and Easter Tournaments of the Wellington l Bowling Centre.
