Two eggs, their -weight in flour, tho weight of one egg in sugar and butter, two tablespoonsful of raspberry or strawberry jam, half-tea-spoonful of carbonate of 'soda dissolved in a little lukewarm milk. Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs (wall beaten) and jam, and then the soda.. Steam in buttered cups or moulds threequarters of an hour. Only Halt fill the cups. Servo with a good sauco. FOR'TO-MORROW. , Neck of mutton, leeks, two eggs, jam. FOR SUNDAY. Artichokes, slock, one leg of mutton, celery, prunes. * - - ■ FOR SUPPER.. One ox tongue, salad, apples, gelatine, cochineal, half-pint cream, puff pastry.
