The question of ringing yearling bulls was discussed. :Mr. L'evett thought that it should bek optional/whether they were led by a ring or barnacles. .Mr. M'Hardy favoured ringing them. He held that unless they were rung something would happen. Mr. Wheeler held that the yearling bulls, should not bo rung. He moved that they be exempt: from ringing. •The motion was lost, and it was resolved that they be rungin ' accordance with 1 tho com-
