Oh the debit side the only, item .that called for explanation was the one" "Rent ad justment account/ J. C. Williamson, .£483 Us. Id."' The amount was collected-'for "Mr.- Williamson before tho last audit,'and was!''acc6uhted; for .jn the.last :balancMheet. ' Mr. Williamson's rents did, not now come on to thexompany's books. It would be noticed ihat the credit at profit and <-loss account, amounted'.to i£1199 - 14s. Id., but there was a credit-of =£1501-153. 2d. at the bank. The board recommendtid'that this sum should be distributed "as'follows i-rDividend at S cent., (half-year), jEHOO; directors' fees, J2105; reduction.Cuba Street mortgage, 15s., 2d. That would leave the mortgage i at 41215 Us. ; 2d. The board snggested that a reasonable; sum be paid off annually until the total amount was wiped
