The board recommendtid'that this sum should be distributed "as'follows i-rDividend at S cent., (half-year), jEHOO; directors' fees, J2105; reduction.Cuba Street mortgage, 15s., 2d. That would leave the mortgage i at 41215 Us. ; 2d. The board snggested that a reasonable; sum be paid off annually until the total amount was wiped
