Sir, —Can you tell mo what will bo the L position in. regard to the Harbour Board 1 should Mr. Wilford bo elected as Mayor?- Is b not Mr.. Wilford at present a Government 3 nominee on theboardr . Am I'.rightin think- . ing that, assuming Mr. Wilford be elected, 9 he will, , ex officio, represent" the City Counr oil on tho board? If so, ■ will the Governt ment not' make a further appointment and t (with Mr. Wilford an assured' supporter) 5 have an undue preponderance of voting power 3 on tho board?
