The creation of a representative oouncil 5 to deal with matters of Imperial x concern. ' B Tho General aime of tiie body are stated to be opposed to_ any form of socialism ' opposed to Christianity. Jt will opposo any action making for tho disintegration'of tho Empire, and will support the preservation of State rights and tho rigid exclusion from tho civil ndministrntion of all' denominational recognition and influence. Orange Lodges are to bo turned into s political leagues, on similar lines to those of a labour loaguos, and will undertake propa--0 ganda work and select Parliamentary candi--1 dates.
