Add the baking powder, finely grated cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Mix to a paste with milk. Roll out on a floured board, and cut into strips about 3in. long and Jin. wide. Put them on a greased baking tin, brush over with the yolk of an egg, and cook in a brisk oven about smin Serve hot or cold. FOR TO-JfOKKOW. Flounders, marrow, breadcrumbs, lib. suet ilb. currants.
