Sn ,—I would like- a few words-about tho failure of the Food and Drugs Act, ro i inspection of canned foods m tho retail ! stores of the city Most of tho manufacturers ' sell these foods by gross weight, instead of by nonweight. That means short weight. I' , think tho Government should enforce tho ' Act, or repeal it.—l am, etc., March 28. ' JUSTICE.,.
