The Teheran correspondent of "Tho Times" states that an Irishman and an American aro drilling revolutionaries at Tabriz, which is being besieged by tho Shah's troops. Tho sufferings in the town aro increasing. If tho siege continues thousands of people will dio of starvation, and if the town capitulates tens of thousands will be massacred.
