ESTIMATED PROFIT FOR TEE YEAR. An advance balance-sheet showing the results of the past .year's working of the city tramways shows that the profit is approximately £6000, after meeting depreciation, sinking fund, interest, repairs, replacements, etc. A detailed statement will probably be placed before to-night's meeting of the City Council.
