Cut slices of bread about 2 inches thick into rounds about 2 inches in diameter Remove the centre of each round by cutting with a smaller cutter half through. Dip the rounds in milk, brush them over witl l eg when drained, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs Fry in hot fat, drain, and fill with the meat mixture.' FOR TO-MORROW.
