At tho Mount Cook Police Court yesterday, before Mr. H. Baker, J.P., Archibald M'liinis, charged iwth insobriety, was'fined 10s., in default 48 hours' imprisonment. Frederick Lyness, also charged with insobriety, was fined 205., in default 48 hours' imprisonment. John Mickclson, charged w'fch boing drunk and disorderly, was fined 10s., in dofault 48 hours' imprisonment. Two first offenders were convicted and discharged.
