SALVATION ARMY'S-SOCIAL SERVICE. (BY TELEGRAI'H— PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTRIQHT.) • New York, April 4. Commander Evangclino Booth, of New York, announces that the Salvation Army is raising fivo million dollars (approximately one million sterling) for a World University of Humanity, for tho purpose of training workers in social service. It is proposed to establish branches in each of the fiftyfour countries where tho Army is working.
