(Specially Written for Tiie Dominion.] FRIDAY. Tomato Soup. Curried Shrimps. Potato Croquettes. Apple Batter Pudding. APPLE BATTER PUDDING. ljlb. apples, Jib. flour, .1 egg, J pint milk, a pinch of salt, sugar to taste. Peel, coio, and slice tho apples. Put them into a pie-dish with sugar to sweeten. Mix the salt and flour together in a basin. Make a well, break in the egg, and add half the milk gradually.. Beat for ten minutes; stir in the rest of the milk. Allow the batter to stand for two hours. Stir it up from tho bottom, pour over tho apples, and cook for about 1J hours in a moderate oven. FOR TO-MORROW. 151b. fillet of veal, Alb. bacon, green peas, Jib. dried apricots (put to soak in cold water), tapioca. FOll SUNDAY. H dozen oysters, 1 pint stock, sirloin of beef, parsnips, horseradish, ingredients for plain plum pudding, apples, pastry, i pint cream. ' FOR SUPPER, One chicken, gelatine, J dozen eggs, aspic jelly, lib. tomatoes, mayonnaise, 1 pineapple, J pint of cream, Jib. puff pastry, lemon, honey.
