Skin and prepare two young rabbits, and cut them into neat" pieces. If liked, bone them. Arrange Iho rabbit in layers with slices of bacon or ham, and slices of hard-boiled eggs. Season each layer carefully. Half fill the piedish with stock.,' Make some rough puff pastry, cover the pie, and bake for 1J hours. If to be eaten cold, a Httlo gelatine should be added to the stock. AYnen the pie is cooked more stock can bo added to it. : HOUGH PUFF PASTRY. . 'Ten oz. flour, 6oz. dripping or butter. .1 teaepoonful of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, cold water to mix. Put the Hour, salt, and dripping into a basin. Cut the dripping into-small pieces. Make a well, and-add the lemon juice and enough cold water to mix to a stiff paste. Turn it on to a floured board, and roll out. Fold in three, seal the edges, and turn with the rough edges towards you.
