BENEVOLENT TRUSTEES.
The weekly meeting of the Board of Trustees pf.rno Ohiro Homo was held vesterday, thero being present ; -Mr. R. W. Short (in the chair), Miss Richmond Rev. W. A. Evans, and Messrs. mi k| J v»atahom, and D. Robertson. The secretary reported that thero wore SO male and 81 female inmates nt present under the caro of the Benevolent Institution. Consideration was given to an application from Mr. Martin Kennedy for a conversion of his lease of 2 acres 2 roods 20 perches (Orphanago Reserve), situated in Salamanca Road, and having 23 odd years to run, from the present tenure to a Glasgow" tenure (perpetual).
