On behalf of Mrs. Seddon, tho High Commissioner for New Zealand (Mr. HallJones) presented a portrait of tho lato Mr. Seddon to tho second-class battleship Now Zealand (16,500 tons), at Portland Roads. Mr. Hall-Jones and Captain Stoddart delivered spirited speeches, and tho crew cheered Mrs. Seddon and the High Commissioner. Tho portrait will be hung in the wardroom.
