CRUELTY TO A JIBBINC HORSE.
Sir,—Having ecen in to-day's Dominion tint a case of the kind named abovo was boloro the city Magistrate's Court yesterday, may I ask you if you would kindly givo publicity to tho following nclvico for tho curative treatment of jibbing horses, which somo of your readers may havo occasion to test: 'Take tho horso out of tho shafts and mako him go round in a circle till ho is giddy; you will not have to do it moro than twice." This is a simple measure, and needs only a littlo patience, instead of cruel jasliings, and is therefore well wortii try ing. Though I havo had much to do with saddle and buggy horces, I have never had occasioa to put this simple advico to tho tci-t; but I hivo given your readers l!;o exact book-words as I havo read them in a small cyclopaedia. —I am, etc., OBSERVER March 23.
