VICTORIA COLLEGE CLUB. The seventh annual meeting of the Victoria Collego Football Club was hold last night, Professor T. A. Hunter presiding over ii large attendance. • ■ The report stated that the departure of the New Zealand ..University team to Sydney marked a new epoch in the history of university football. With a membership of 7G it was oneo more found possible to enter four teams for the Rugby Union competitions, one senior, one junior, 'one third, and one fourth class team. At the beginning of the season, with a view to providing for regular training, tne committee decided to secure the use of the training college gymnasium, but although this fine gymnasium was at tho club's disposal all tho season, the musters after the first few weeks were extremely disappointing. The club's own gymnasium would scarcely be ready for occupation until tho closing months of the coming season. The record of the various teams U as follows:—Seniors.—Played Hi won 1, lost 10, for 31 points against 152. Juniors—played 11, won 1, lost 10, for 32 points against 180. Thirds—ployed H, won 5, lost 8, drawn I, for 3G points against 95. Fourth played 10, won i, lost 5, drawn I, for 105 points against GO. The inter-collegiate game with Canterbury College resulted in a win for, the visitors by 1G points to 9. In tho university matches the New Zealanl team was defeated by 29 to 0, and 2G to 11. Representative honours were secured by O'Leary, Lynch, Goodbehero, tie la Marc, and Brosnan, members of the Victoria College, llitchings was picked to represent the Wellington A team, und <le la Mare, and Prondoville in the B team. The club lost the services of G. V. Bogle (gono to Edinburgh), W. Tudhope, and 11. Fathers. • . ' The balance-sheet showed a credit balance ot £3 Is. 2d. The following officers were elected:—Pntron, Professor Kirk; president, Professor Hunter,, vice - presidents, members of . tho Professorial Board, Mr. It. M'Callu'in, and Dr. Hunter; club captain, Mr. H. F. O'Learyj deputy club captain, Mr. F. A. Wilson; secretary, Mr. E. Lyon; treasurer, Mr. L. Shorts committee, Messrs. J. D. Brosnan, R. Kennedy, A. Curtaync; auditor, Mr. S. Unndrup; delegates to Rugby Union, Messrs. W. Perry, IT. F. O'Lenry, and Professor Hunter.

Messrs. G. V. Boglo and A. Tudhope' wnre elected life members.
