ESTIMATED FINANCIAL DEFICITS. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPmiGHT.) Caloutta, March 22. India's revenue returns show a surplus for last year of £306,000. A revised estimate for the current year will show a deficit of £3,760,000, and an estimate for 1910 a deficit of £230,900.
