• « In connection with the Cup competition, the Shield Committee. decided last night not to proceed with the remainder of the matches; namely, those postponed from last Saturday. The competition has been closed, and Newtown adjudged the winners for the season. Consequently only Pennant matches take place this afternoon, the three remaining competitions having now reached finality. ,
