1 (BY TBLIGBAriI—r-RESS ASSOCIATION.) Chrlstchuroh, 18. The Ministor for Justice arrived from Wcl* liugtoh this morning, and went south by tho second express. The Minister will transact departmental^business in Dunedin, and tomorrow evening ho will give a lecture on prison reform at the invitation of the Dunedin Prison Reform Association. Dr. Findlay returns from tho south by the first express on Saturday, and loaves for Wellington by early steamer.
