POSTAL AND TELEGRAPHIC STRIKE. (DT TELEGRArH—rRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.)
Paris, March 17. In connection with tho general striko of French postal, telegraph, and telephone employees as a protest against alleged oppressive, tyrannical regulations, there are said to bo throe million undelivered letters in Franco.
The strikers have cut tho telegraph wires connecting Paris with tbo provinces.
