[Specially Written tor The Dominion.] THURSDAY. • Boiled Neck of Mutton. Caper Sauce. Mashed Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Rico Shape. Stewed Fruit. RICE CREAM. . One pint of milk, 3oz. of loaf sugar, 2oz. ground rice, Jcz. French leaf gelatine, halfpint cream. Boil the milk and sugar together; stir in the ground rice, and cook it for about sis minutes, then draw it off tho fire. Dissolve the gelatine in a gill of milk, and stir it to the rice. Add tho cream whipped, mix all lightly together, pour into a mould, dccorated to taste; when set, turn it out, and it is ready to serve. FOR TO-MORROW. . Half-dozen eggs, some chopped tongue or truffle, about IMb. cooked fish, curry, apples, onion, cauliflower, ingredients for pastry.
