A PARIS STRIKE
POST, TELEGRAPH, AND TELEPHONE. BUSINESS PARALYSED. (BY TELEGRAM—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COrVHIOIIT.) Paris, March 16. There is a general strike of Frcnch postal, telegraph, and telephone ■employees. Tho strike is alleged to bo the result of oppressive, tyrannical regulations. As a consequence, business in many centres is at a standstill. Twenty thousand telegraph messages have been blocked in Paris, and English messages have been and aro being greatly delayed.
