HOKITIKA SUPREME COURT.

(BY TELEGRAPH— PKESS ASSOCIATION.! Hokitika, March 16. At the Supremo Court this morning in a third charge of forgery against Annio Anderson, the Crown decided not to call evidence, and accused was acquitted. This concluded the criminal sittings. The Court is now hearing a claim Union S.S. Company versus Wickes, Ltd., claim £1294 for freight arising out of tho wreck of the Hawea at Greymouth.
