The Court of Appeal of the district 'of •Columbia upheld an injunction forbidding the American Federation of Labour to publish in its organ, the "Fedcrationist," the name of tlio Bucks Stove Itango Company of St. Louis under the "we-don't-patronisc" list. The Court declared that tho defendants could not be restrained from all refcrenco to tho company in tho journal, but only from publications made in furtherance of the illegal boycott.
