In a revised Note to tho Powers, Servia states that she is prepared to maintain normal neighbourly relations with Austria-Hun-gary, and demands from Austria-Hungary no compensations, territorial or otherwise, arising out of tho annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The latter is declared to be a European question, and Servia relies upon tho equity of the Powers in tho matter. Servia's offer was made after the terms thereof had been revised by M. Isvolsky, Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs.
