In the House of Commons tho debate on the Army Estimates was continued. Tho amendment moved by Dr. Rutherford (Liberal), to reduce tho Regulars by 10,000, was negatived by 247 votes to 100. Tho Army votes were agreed to. Tho total establishment of the Territorial Force will be 313,314. The present strength is 227,561.
